For decades, Advoz has provided affordable services for resolving conflict, repairing harm and training people to do conflict better in and beyond Lancaster with three primary programs:

Restorative Justice Practices
Through dialogue, we help create closure after harm has been done. Through peace-making workshops, we help parents restore communication and relationship with their teens. Through restorative circles, we help large groups learn from conflict and move forward.

If you’re facing a conflict in your family such as divorce or custody disagreements, have a neighborhood dispute or business conflict, we offer a low cost, high quality mediation to find solutions.
