Having worked with more than 900 people this past year, Advoz has a proven track record to handle conflict and crime in a way that no other community organization is doing in South Central Pennsylvania. Restorative dialogue surveys show that 9 out of 10 people feel satisfaction and empathy afterward. And our juvenile program in conjunction with juvenile probation has reduced the rate of re-incarceration (recidivism) by half since 2007.
