Program Coordinator | Mediation and Restorative Services
Position Overview:
At Advoz, we believe conflict can be a catalyst for connection. We’re looking for a mission-driven individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator—a key role supporting restorative justice and mediation programs that build resilient relationships and empower communities.
The Program Coordinator will help implement and grow Advoz’s mediation and restorative programs through:
- Coordinating services and volunteers
- Supporting program evaluation and improvement
- Engaging with community partners
- Promoting a restorative culture within and beyond the organization
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lancaster, PA, with opportunities for growth into leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000–$53,000 annually
